Mumbaichi Pav bhaji Recipe

Know the right method to make everyone's favorite pav bhaji

Necessary ingredients

Finely chopped green capsicum - 40 grams

Chopped 

Chopped carrots - 40 grams


Chopped Cabbage - 40 grams
Chopped fresh beans - 40 grams
Chopped Onion - 50 grams
Ginger-Garlic Paste - 50 grams
White Butter - 80 grams
Chopped ginger - 5 grams
Green peas - 50 gms
Salt-wise
Pav Bhaji Masala - two teaspoons
Chopped Green Chili - 8
Chopped coriander - 5 grams
Finely chopped tomatoes - 150 grams
Fresh tomato puree - 150
grams
Whole Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Boiled Mashed Potatoes-2
Chopped Onion - 2
Butter 100 grams
Lemon cut - 4 pieces






Method:
Put butter in a vessel and heat it.
When the butter starts melting, add cumin, onion and ginger to it.
After frying for a minute, add ginger-garlic paste and fry it well.
When the paste becomes light brown, add chilli powder, coriander and all the green vegetables to it and mix it well.





After cooking for 10, add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes.
Cover and cook for 7-8 minutes.
When tomatoes turn soft, add pav bhaji masala, salt and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Keep stirring it occasionally so that the bhaji does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
After a certain time, take the pot off the heat and put green coriander on the vegetable.
- Then heat the griddle on high heat. When it gets hot, add a little butter and bake it.
- Take out the bhaji in a
plate. Garnish it with lemon juice, butter and onion and serve it with pav.
