Weight Loss wid Laziness

Weight Loss: Pressing these 8 parts of the body melts fat like butter

If you want to accelerate the metabolism of the body, then there are some points in the body that you have to suppress. Doing this regularly for a few days will reduce your obesity considerably. Here are those acupressure points ..

Acupressure is beneficial for health in many ways. This is an old practice.. Certain points in the body are pressed with your fingers or thumb. This causes many other physical and mental problems, including headaches, back and back pain, insomnia.

Acupressure is also considered very effective for weight loss. Actually, it affects appetite, digestion and metabolism due to which weight is controlled. Practicing acupressure is extremely easy. It can be done at home without any side effects. Let us know which acupressure points should be suppressed in the body for weight loss.

Ear

There is a pressure point in front of the ear and at the top of the jaw. Lower the jaw upwards to find the pressure point. The point at which pressure is to be given will be the highest movement. Press this point every day for a minute or two. It controls appetite and does not increase weight.

Inner elbow

Find the pressure point one inch below the crease of the inner elbow. Massage daily for 2 to 3 minutes at this point. This makes the bowels strong and weight control.

The ankle

A pressure point is located just above the ankle. Press this point with the thumb for five minutes and then stop for two minutes. This increases blood circulation and many organs of the body function properly.

Thumb

The thyroid gland is stimulated by pressing the pressure point below the thumb. This increases the metabolism of the body. Weight gain is controlled due to better metabolism.

Wrist

Find the acupressure point in the middle of the wrist, two inches below the palm. Press this point with your thumb and index finger. This removes problems related to digestion and does not freeze excess fat on the body.

Upper lip

Metabolism is increased by suppressing the filth between the nose and lips. This point should be pressed in circular motion every day for 2 to 3 minutes. This reduces body fat.

Eyebrows

Pressing the spot between the eye and eyebrows daily for one minute reduces weight.

Kauf

There is an acupressure point around the outer coiff, about four inches below the knee. Digestion is strengthened by giving pressure at this point. Until you feel mild pain at this point, hold it with the thumb.

Many diseases are cured by pressing these acupressure points located in different parts of the body. Along with this, weight is also controlled.

Knead the dough to make the samosa. For this, take refined flour in a bowl and add melted ghee, celery and a little salt in it. Now mix it well and try it with your hand. If the dough starts to form like laddoo after pressing it by hand, it means that the amount of ghee is fine. If it is not, then add some more ghee. Now knead the dough by adding water slowly, the dough should not be too hard nor too soft. Now cover the dough and keep it aside so that the dough becomes firm. Till then prepare the
potatoes for the stuffing.
Take out all the spices separately to make the stuffing. Now tighten the boiled potatoes with grated or finely chopped. Now take all the spices (red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala) in a bowl and add a little water and mix it well.
Put the pan on the gas. Put 1 small spoonful of oil in it and heat it. Now add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies. When all is roasted then add wet seasoning to it. Fry it on a low flame till the oil starts separating. When the masala is roasted, then add chopped coriander to it. Stir lightly and then add chopped potatoes to it. Along with chaat masala, salt. Now fry it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Potato filling is ready.

Take the samosa flour and knead it again. Now take the dough like a paratha, make it round and add a little flour. Now roll it round. Cut the parathas in the center.

Now separate the two and take a part and apply water on its edges. Now raise both the sides and paste them together. After pasting it will become a deltoid shape. Fill the potato stuffing in this triangular, make the rest of the samosas as well.

Put the pan on the gas and heat it fast by adding oil to it. When the hub oil is hot, fry it by adding samosas. Fry it till it becomes golden brown. It will take 5 to 10 minutes to fry it.
Now your Samosas are finally ready..
You can serve it hot with chatneys...

Let Go Diabetes with DIP Diet

First of all, understand whether diabetes is the end? Diabetes is the stage in which blood sugar level increases. Eating more sugar increases the amount of insulin in the body. Insulin is the hormone that regulates blood sugar and converts food into energy. When the level of insulin increases continuously, the body starts to become insensitive towards this hormone. The result is that the amount of glucose in the blood starts increasing. High blood sugar affects all parts of the body.

Although diabetes is not a disease in itself, but it can cause many diseases. It affects from the toes to the eyes. This has a direct effect on bones. Diabetes can happen to a child at birth and it can also be genetic. It is of two types. Type 1 and Type 2.

Type 1 is seen in children which is genetic, whereas type 2 can be considered as lifestyle disease.

By adopting a certain diet, diabetes patients can quit medicine and live a normal life. It is not a disease. Dr. Y Chauthary, a physician, believes that diabetes is not just a disease, but only a condition, just like a healthy person's blood pressure on a fast run to grow. Diabetes can be higher than one level in blood. According to them it can be finished within 3 days. He also did a study in this regard. In this, 55 patients were taken from different parts of the world to check the global impact of the treatment of the disease. These patients included people from both type 1 and 2 categories. Patients who were on insulin, their medicines were Discontinued and they were kept on a special diet for three days. For no medical complex, they were constantly under the supervision of doctors. Blood sugar was continuously monitored throughout this period and within 3 days it came back under continuous control.

The results of the study were that within 3 days i.e. 72 hours, 57% of patients with type 1 diabetes lost insulin, while the remaining 43% insulin intake was significantly reduced.

Patients with type 2 diabetes responded to the diet even better. In this, blood glucose control was achieved in 84% of the patients and insulin stopped completely. Such patients who were not on insulin, their blood sugar became normal and the rest of their medicines like blood pressure, cholesterol and acidity were also lost.

The study said that if we follow 3 steps instead of medicine, then there will be no need for medicines. These are plant based diets that contain live enzymes. What are those 3 steps?

1. By  12 o'clock in the morning, only fruit is to be eaten, no grain or water and no liquid other than coconut water. It is to be eaten according to weight. For example, if you weigh 70 kilograms then at least 700 grams of fruit. You can take more than this if you are hungry. There is no restriction on the fruit so that it is less sweet.

2. Take lunch according to body weight for about an hour before lunch and dinner, such as carrot, radish, tomato, cucumber, cucumber or whatever seasonal salad. The condition is that they are raw and well washed. Whatever your weight is, multiply it by 5, as if your weight is 70 kg, 350 grams of salad will have to be eaten.

3. Under the third and last step, milk and all the things made from it will have to be stopped like curd, buttermilk, flavored milk, milk, cheese, cheese or sweets. Also, all kinds of packaged food have to be stopped. This diet was named DIP (Disciplined and Intelligent People) diet in fast. This is a plant based diet that contains live enzymes.

Milk and all the things made from it have to be stopped, so recognize that often diabetes gives all its signs in the beginning. If it is recognized then drugs will never come. With this claim, Dr. Chaudhary talks about identifying diabetes on the basis of its symptoms such as weight loss, rapid sleepiness, early fatigue, swelling under the eyes, ants gathering around when urinating. And quickly become hungry. If such symptoms are seen, then immediately after checking

blood sugar level and trying the method of DIP diet, diabetes can be finished before it starts.

Doctors have a different opinion on the claim of diabetes-based diet and diabetics have different opinions. Many patients who have tried it, giving a review in Google, wrote that they have benefited from it. At the same time, the thinking of doctors is very different. Diabetes caused by insulin receptor defect can be cured by diet only.

Dr. Srikanth Sharmane, Member and Senior Consultant Physician of the Delhi Medical Association, talked about this in detail.

He believes that only if he has diabetes due to weight, it can be cured by a particular diet. Dr. Sharma explains - Before treating diabetes, understand its complete system and how it works. There are beta cells in the pancreas inside the body. These cells excrete insulin. When we eat food, sugar is made. This insulin acts to control the same sugar. Sometimes these beta cells, which produce insulin, are reduced or eliminated. In such a situation, the sugar produced in the body becomes irregular because

there are no beta cells to make insulin. Then when taking the medicine, sugar remains in control but diabetes does not end because there is no strength to make beta cells (till date of writing) in any medicine or dose.

It is effective here, according to Diet Dr, after the release of insulin, it goes to the receptors, which are in 4 places in the body - muscle, fat cells, liver and kidney. Insulin controls sugar by fitting into its receptor. These receptors do not work properly when
the weight is increased. Then insulin is produced in the body but there is no club with the receptor. This condition is called Insulin Resistance and this diabetes is Insulin Receptor Defect Diabetes. As soon as the patient loses weight, the receptors start working on their own, insulin starts clubbing in it and diabetes is cured. That is, only one type of diabetes can be cured by any type of diet, nothing other than this.

Lord Jagannath Puri Dham (Jagannath Puri) has great significance in the four Dhams of Hinduism, Badrinath, Dwarka and Rameswaram. When Guru Adi Shankaracharya came to Puri, he established the Govardhan Math here. Since then Puri has been considered one of the four Dhamas of Sanatan Dharma. There are two interesting stories related to Jagannath. In the first story, Shri Krishna came in the dream of his supreme devotee Raj Indradyumna and ordered him to make the Deity of Shri Krishna out of the trunk of a tree lying on the river side of Puri.

Raj started looking for a qualified carpenter for this task. A few days later a mysterious old Brahmin came and said that he wants to take the responsibility of making the Deity of the Lord. But he had one condition - that he will make the Deity in the closed room and no one will open the door of the room until his work is over, Otherwise, that work will be left incomplete.
